Sebastián is an analytical, determined and pragmatic person. After working for 20 years in a multinational company, where he gained experience in different business areas such as finance, logistics and purchasing, both in local and international roles, he accepted the challenge proposed by Sergio to lead the Administration & Finance Department at ALCHEMY.

Sebastián holds an MBA from Universidad de Buenos Aires (University of Buenos Aires) and a degree in Public Accounting from the same learning institution. He’s been awarded a PMI Project Manager certification and has taken courses in agile and scrum methodologies.
